What are the key advantages of the QP2020 T2 HPU?

The QP2020 T2 is a compact, single-skid hydraulic power unit that integrates the hydraulic drive train, oil reservoir, gauging, sensors, return filtration, and oil cooler, making it easy to install in tight machinery spaces while ensuring efficient, reliable operation. It also includes a stainless steel drip tray and oil reservoir equipped with comprehensive gauging and sensors for precise monitoring. In addition, the unit features high-performance return filtration and an integrated oil cooler, ensuring consistent operation and performance of the hydraulic power pack.

What are the key advantages of the QP100A HPU?

The QP100A Hydraulic Power Unit features a fully submerged, fan-less electric motor coupled with the 175 cc multi pressure pump with a silencer on the pump outlet, to minimize ambient noise. There are multiple vibration dampeners in and outside the unit to ensure minimal structural vibration and further reduce possible noise. Independent hand and emergency backup pumps guarantee operability during commissioning, testing, or power failures and even can be used for emergency retraction of the stabilizers.

What are the key advantages of the QIS210 Mk0 HPU ?

Hydraulic consumers such as a stabilizer system, thruster, capstan, anchor winch, passerelle, davit, and crane are easily managed by a carefully crafted distribution system. The QIS210 allows for the components to operate independently by enabling fluid power to be provided to any integrated consumer, while keeping the other consumers isolated and depowered. A key advantage is that it provides hydraulic power to these systems with the main engines switched off, therefore significantly reducing audible noise.

The QIS power units offer precision control of all hydraulic consumers in the system, and are easily tailored to any vessel’s particular equipment requirements. This unit has two electric motors and can be augmented by numerous engine mounted pumps, all using the same oil reservoir.

What are the key advantages of the QP4040C HPU?

The QP4040C power unit consolidates on a single skid the hydraulic drive train on an aluminum frame with drip tray, stainless steel oil reservoir with associated gauging and sensors, as well as return filtration and oil cooler. The system is designed to accommodate full, surrounding sound shields with in and outtake baffles. In addition, hydraulic dampener(s) may be mounted on the pressure manifold to eliminate structure borne noise. Also available with a maximum output of 75kW / 100hp.

What are the key advantages of the XT T5 HPU?

Quantum designed the XT™ Hydraulic Power Units to operate independently of the main stabilizer hydraulic system, allowing the use of eco-friendly hydraulic fluid in the submerged XT™ extend-retract cylinder. The XT™ T5 HPU panel houses the fluid reservoir, which contains an immersed hydraulic pump, and also supports the electrical control box. Control manifolds on the reservoir’s front provide valves to control the XT™ cylinder position, override and troubleshooting mechanisms, and manual control in emergencies. Both the tank and control box can be removed from the panel, offering flexible installation. The unit includes a visual display of foil position along with multiple feedback and gauging points.

What are the key advantages of the QP50V?

The QP50V is a single function, self-contained hydraulic power unit, specifically developed for the operation of stabilizing systems equipped for Zero Speed™ applications. It is close coupled to a a variable displacement pump and vertically mounted in the oil reservoir, where cooling is via one dual pass, salt water heat exchanger. Quantum has tailored this HPU for either single or dual pressure configurations.

The QP50V power unit features a consolidated configuration, where the hydraulic pump sits submerged inside of the tank and the motor directly mounts to the stainless steel oil reservoir with associated gauging and sensors, as well as return filtration and oil cooler. The QP50V is quiet and has the highest power to footprint ratio of any Quantum hydraulic power unit.
