With a background in mechanical engineering and business engineering, Rob oversees Quantum’s customer service operations and supports the company’s commitment to service excellence. Although based in Nuth, Netherlands, he regularly travels to the main office and to customers often to be found wherever yachts are. His work focuses on assisting clients, coordinating service requirements, and strengthening Quantum’s service structure together with his team of experienced quoting and technical support technicians.

Rob combines practical knowledge of Quantum systems with a clear understanding of customer expectations. His years in the field covering stabilizer servicing, troubleshooting, newbuild installations, and commissioning give him a grounded view of how to support vessels, captains, and shipyards effectively.
