The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Controls Engineer contributes to all aspects of the PLC and HMI (human machine interfaces) software life cycle including but not limited to software design, development, documentation, testing, commissioning, support, and maintenance.

The Project Engineer is an integral member of the engineering team and responsible for the coordination and engineering support of customer orders. The Project Engineer will provide technical and project support to the Project Managers and to other departments within the Quantum Group.

This is a full-time salary exempt position. As such, the employee is expected to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a salary exempt employee, this position may require additional work hours outside these work hours, including weekends to complete job requirements.
Service Technicians are integral customer facing employees who are tasked with ensuring the continual operation and service of Quantum Systems worldwide. Service Technicians are involved in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of Quantum systems and retrofit third party equipment associated with marine stabilizer systems. Service Technicians must maintain and enhance the reputation and image of the Company through their dealings with shipyards, vessels, and customers.
Service Technician I, begins with learning the various intricacies of the Quantum Systems, while gaining knowledge and experience on their maintenance and repair.

Service Functions
This position requires extensive domestic and international travel, occasionally for extended periods of time. While all efforts will be made to cooperatively schedule the travel and the time spent away from the office, this position necessitates the flexibility to work unsociable hours, extended hours, and to travel with minimal-to-no notice. When not working at a customer site the normal work location will be the main office. A valid passport and driver’s license is a requirement of this position.

This role routinely uses standard manufacturing and marine equipment such as hand and power tools. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms). The employee will regularly be maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as hand trucks, forklifts, and passenger vehicles. Proper training and certification of forklift use will be provided, if needed.

Salary & Commission; Exempt; Full-Time
The Technical Sales Manager works to identify, qualify, and deliver Quantum’s stabilization systems to new and retrofitted vessels in the military and commercial venture exploration markets worldwide. This position will perform all duties relating to technical sales including building customer relationships, taking sales order, and after sales inquiries and support. With an in-depth knowledge of our products, this position will identify and recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer specifications. This position must successfully achieve sales and profit goals as determined by the company. This position will evaluate market conditions and competitor data to report and develop appropriate future sales strategies.
Core duties include but are not limited to the following:

• High school diploma, GED are required.
• 10+ years of experience within the military sales industry is required.
• Marine sales industry experience is preferred.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Verifiable track record of successful sales.
• Highly organized with good time management and planning skills.
• Meticulous professional with high attention to details.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills with the confident ability to negotiate on behalf of the company.
• Well-developed social perceptiveness.
• Build trust, communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus on the customer and solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
