Quantum’s Nuth Departments

Strategically positioned between many of our closely-partnered shipyards, the Nuth office focuses on servicing vessels for the yachting, military and commercial industries. Coming in 2026, the Netherlands Service department will be an expanded hub for Customer Service.

Customer Service Department

As of January 2026, Quantum is enhancing its support operations with a new Customer Service Team, created to streamline and centralize vessel servicing. Clients will benefit from a single point of contact for their vessel, ensuring all service history is efficiently tracked and managed. The team will be partially stationed in Nuth, and will offer extended hours of availability, including “after hours” support for urgent matters.

Service Department

Our dedicated service technicians in Nuth are highly experienced experts in servicing Quantum Stabilizers for the yachting, military, and commercial sectors. Strategically located near some of the world’s leading shipyards, the Nuth team provides fast, reliable support for both scheduled maintenance, upgrades and emergency service needs. Their extensive technical knowledge, combined with direct access to spare parts and engineering resources, ensures minimal downtime and maximum performance for vessels all over the world.

Training Department

The Quantum Training Department, based in our Netherlands office, ensures that all service technicians worldwide maintain the highest level of technical expertise. Led by a dedicated Training Manager, the department provides comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education to keep pace with evolving technologies and system updates. This commitment to continuous development ensures that every Quantum technician is competent to deliver precise, efficient, and reliable service across all system types.
